We officially started this company in March 2020, from then until now we're always finding & creating new ways to upgrade our quality. We've moved to a mainly text-based company because of how many calls throughout the day we get. It's made things easier not only for us, but for our customers as well which is extremely important to us. Almost 90% of our customer base is in automation, once we communicate correctly after the first cut, we're good to go after and our customers don't have anything else to worry about from there until the end of the season.
